You’ll be guided through your first session, at your level, with no expectation to perform.

You don’t need to prove anything here.

But when it matters, we’ll guide you into it.

How it works.

  1. Pick a time that suits you.

    Click below. You’ll see the week’s sessions. Choose one that fits your day.

  2. Come in and meet a coach.

    Arrive ten minutes early. We’ll show you the rooms and talk through your first session, at your level.

  3. Train across the week.

    Studio, gym, or both. Use as much of the seven days as you want. No contracts to sign.
