From our Adelaide studio

Come and see if this is your room.

Strength, movement, and breath — one practice, under one roof.

Start with hello

Have a look at who we are first. No pressure.

What your first visit looks like

This isn’t about jumping into something intense.

It’s about getting a feel for how we train.

You’ll be guided through your first session, at your level, with no expectation to perform.

Most training environments create chaos, not clarity

Most gyms chase intensity. Very few build real capacity.

Random workouts. Constant fatigue. Noise instead of progress.

Training should support your life, not compete with it.

Four parts of one practice

Strength.Movement.Breath.Capacity.

Not four classes to choose between. One practice, met wherever the week left you — the gym, the turf, the studio.

Coaching in the room

A note from the founder

I spent twenty-two years coaching adults to train harder. Most of them didn’t need harder. They needed calmer, and they needed it to last. So I built the room I’d want to train in for the long run: strength and stillness as one practice, a coach who sees you, no scene to perform for. Whatever age you walk in, that’s the bet. Training that sets your life up, not training that wears it down. If that’s the room you’ve been looking for, the door’s open.

Bryan Beinke, Founder

Strength creates peace.

This place attracts a certain kind of person

People who want to feel strong, capable, and energised.

People who value calm focus over noise.

People who want training that supports their life, not competes with it.

People who care about doing things properly, and improving over time.

If training well, staying calm, and leaving better resonates with you, you’ll feel it within ten minutes of walking in.

Different aspects of training

A CMC member working cable strength — focused, intentional.
Conditioning on the blue turf — movement, agility, breath.
Studio movement — mat work, warm wood, plants, tungsten lamp.

  3. Come in and meet a coach.

Arrive ten minutes early. We’ll show you the rooms and guide your first session. Studio, gym, or both — no contracts to sign.

We’ll help you find the right first session, whenever you’re ready.

We built CMC for people who want to train well — not to be wrecked. The easiest first step is just to say hello.

— Bryan, founder

A real person reads every one of these — usually Bryan. You’ll hear back soon, often the same day. If it lands on a weekend, we’re likely off the floor and living a bit ourselves — the way we’d want you to. We’ll be in touch when we’re back.
