Book a single session, or take a pack. Weekday mornings in Norwood.

Floor work in the studio at 32 Magill Road: warm wood, plants, natural light.
The studio, 32 Magill Road.

Small enough that the coach sees you.

The studio sits inside The Conscious Movement Collective at 32 Magill Road, Norwood. It was built properly for the Reformer: natural light, and enough space to actually move in.

Six beds is the whole room, so there is no back row, and no session where the coach loses sight of you.

There is a gym and a full timetable in the same building if you ever want them. Your Reformer training does not depend on it either way.

What runs in the studio.

Five class types. Every one of them is covered by the packs below.

  • Reformer Strength

No expectations, no perfect body required. Just real strength, built with balance and control. REFORMER STRENGTH challenges your stability, settles your nervous system, and leaves you feeling stable, strong, and energised, backed by real science, genuinely fun workouts, and a mindset that supports you.

Feel the results: Stable. Strong. Energised.

  • Reformer Cardio

Develop your cardio base, aka Zone 2 training. Steady-state work on the Reformer, using slow, controlled resistance to keep your heart rate in a specific low-to-moderate zone for a sustained period. This is the training your body needs to build aerobic capacity, mitochondrial density, and true cardiovascular endurance, without the joint impact of running or the burnout of high-intensity intervals.

Zone 2 is the foundation everything else gets built on. It's the training that improves how efficiently your body uses fat and oxygen for fuel, supports recovery between harder sessions, and builds the aerobic base that makes your strength training, daily life, and long-term heart health all work better.

    Intensity: Medium/High (7/10)

  • Reformer Restore

Resilience starts with recovery. Ease imbalances, support mobility, and stay pain-free with restorative Reformer sessions and targeted single-side strength work. Balance the body with focused unilateral exercise, working each side with real effort, then restore with dynamic stretching and mindfulness practices. Build endurance and overall body strength along the way.

Feel: Balanced. Restored. Free to move.

Saturday mornings. See the week below.

  • Simple Strength

Strength training and Reformer, in the one session.

You'll work on the gym floor and on the Reformer, then finish with stretch and mindfulness. Your own program, in a group of no more than six.

Built for every level, including if you have never set foot in a gym. No expectations, no perfect body needed.

Feel the results: healthier, stronger, happier.

  • Group Personal Training

Private group training, up to 6 friends, built around your goal. Your goals, your group, your program. Bring your friends and train together, up to 6 people, with a session built entirely around what your group wants to achieve. Whether it's a milestone birthday, a shared goal, or just wanting to train with people you actually like, your program is designed specifically for your group, using the gym and Reformer together as needed.

    Feel: Connected, supported, and capable.

On the timetable, and covered by any pack or single session.

Getting here.

32 Magill Road, Norwood SA 5067

There is a car park at the back of the building. Come in off Magill Road or off Chapel Street, and look for the bright blue fence.

There is street parking on Magill Road too, but it is a clearway between 7.30am and 9am, so do not leave a car there in that window.

Come and see the room.

If you would rather see the room and talk it through before you book, get in touch. Semiprivate and Private sessions are arranged the same way.
