The capacity pillar
Aerobic base is the pillar most adults skip — it doesn’t feel hard enough, the metrics don’t move fast, the rooms it’s trained in look boring. So they leave it on the floor and wonder why life feels heavy.
What we work on: easy aerobic work that builds your engine without taxing the system. Some harder intervals when you’ve earned them. Walking. Carrying. Patterns that build energy rather than burn it.
What we don’t do: “smash you” conditioning sessions that leave you wrecked for two days. Random metcons. The kind of fitness that looks impressive on Instagram and ruins the rest of your week.
