The strength pillar

The point is having strength that’s there when you need it. Climbing the stairs at sixty. Picking up your kid. Carrying everything in one trip. Doing the thing without thinking about it.

What we work on here: the compound patterns — squat, hinge, push, pull, carry. Loaded properly. Progressed slowly. Built over years, not weeks.

What we don’t do: random workouts, max-effort hero lifts, training for the gym instead of for life.

If you came up through CrossFit or hated big-box gyms, you’ll feel the difference in the first week.

Strength is the most boring pillar to read about. It’s the one you’ll thank yourself for in twenty years.
